The User Data Collection form updates and overwrites user information, such as contact details, emergency contacts, and qualifications, to support onboarding, compliance, and ongoing communication.

Where the Form Appears

The User Data Collection Form appears when assigned to a journey step or sent as a standalone link.

Duration and Availability

The User Data Collection form stays open until the Volunteer completes it or the automated workflow expires.

Form Rules

  • ✅ Shareable link available. Volunteers must login to access it.

  • ❌ Tab breaks not supported.

  • ✅ Page breaks supported.
