User Activities Form

Track Volunteer engagement, collect completed Shift details, and log task progress.

The User Activities Form captures detailed information about a Volunteer's engagement, allowing users to log finished tasks, report completed Shift details, and submit progress notes.


Where to Assign the Form

The User Activities form can be applied in the following location of the Rosterfy application:

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click the More Actions menu on the Event you wish to assign a user activities form to.

  3. Click Update. The Event appears:

  4. Click the Advanced tab.

  5. Check the Users to log User activities option. The User Activities Form appears:

  6. Click the User Activities Form field dropdown to select a form.

  7. Click the Save button.


Where the Form Appears

  1. Click the Events option in the left-hand menu of the User Portal.

  2. Click the View Event button.

  3. Click the Report User Activities button.


Duration and Availability

The User Activities form is available whenever the Event has the Allow User Activities setting turned on.


Form Rules

See the following supported and unsupported features:

  • ❌ No shareable link.

  • ❌ Tab breaks not supported.

  • ❌ Page breaks not supported.

  • ✅ Add Content supported.

  • ❌ Add Referees not supported.

  • ✅ Add Availability supported
